Psychotherapy offers a non-judgmental space in which to begin working through emotional difficulty. The therapeutic process affords you the room to begin untangling and processing your innermost difficulties, whether they be anxiety, depression or a moment of crisis, for example. 

By developing trust and rapport, the hope is to begin giving shape and unearthing meaning in experiences, which, when faced alone or left unspoken, can feel insurmountable. By surfacing these issues in a safe and confidential environment, we will help you develop a clearer picture of what it is you’re really going through. Ultimately leading to a sense of calm, relief and an increased sense of personal understanding. 

Following the completion of an MSc in psychotherapy and psychodynamic counselling, I have gone on to gain BACP accreditation. I have experience in the following areas:

Sessions generally take place once a week in person at the Hackney Therapy Centre or online.

One of my main areas of interest as a personal trainer is in helping those struggling to maintain or introduce fitness habits into their lives. With over a decade of experience in this domain, it is clear that there are no quick fixes.

Over time however, using gentle psychological interventions and traditional strength and conditioning methods, you will begin to see fitness as an integral part of your weekly, if not daily routine. Leaving you free to reap the benefits of increased confidence outside of the gym. Training is held at Basis gym in London Fields.

If you already have gym experience, I offer remote coaching where clients are given a personalised plan to help them navigate their exercise life with more clarity and focus using principles of progressive overload. This can be an easy way to bring more accountability and structure to your exercise.

Having practised yoga personally for 15 years, I have now qualified as a teacher, offering 1-2-1, corporate and weekly classes. My style fuses daoist flow and vinyasa principles. Classes take place weekly for Gayns and Liquid Movements studios.
