I hold a Master's degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of London, together with over 5 years of experience working across several mental health organisations and private practice.
Experience has taught me the importance of establishing a strong relationship between client and counsellor.

If you feel that we may be able to work together, please do get in touch. I offer free initial phone consultations to help establish whether I am the best person to help you begin your therapy journey. From here, we can book in an initial session either in person or online. Sessions last 50 minutes and are generally scheduled for a fixed time each week.
I can offer brief, focused counselling where we can address a current situation, such as a bereavement or relationship difficulties.
In longer term work, we may deliberately agree to leave the end date open ended, to allow us to address more fully your present problems and their origins in early experience.
Sessions of 50 minutes are £85.
