Over the course of the last decade, I have worked as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, helping people develop both physical and emotional strength. My interest in training is centred primarily around how building a healthy body can translate into other areas of our lives.
I operate out of studios based in East London, both Shoreditch and London Fields. My background is in classic strength training, meaning you can expect to use a combination of traditional weight training and calisthenics.
Having completed my yoga teacher training with the inimitable Jean Hall, I am thrilled to offer both private and public yoga classes. My style is known as ‘daoist flow’, which is perhaps more free form than traditional forms of yoga practice. It is the perfect complement to strength training, ensuring that you develop an embodied sense of your capacities. The sky is the limit with this work.
£80 per session, invoiced monthly.
£75 rate available if booked in blocks of 10.
